NOMAGIK RETURN POLICY

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

Exchanges only under the conditions specified below.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged and only if the items are defective or damaged. We must receive the item within seven (7) business days of it being originally delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.


Refunds:

No refunds, no exceptions! Once you submit your order, it cannot be refunded or changed. Only under exceptional circumstances, usually due to us determining your order has a high potential of fraud, we may issue you a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us directly.

We strive yo ship out all orders as soon as possible. Please allow at least 5-7 business days processing time, plus 2-5 days shipping transit time; depending on where you live. You will receive a tracking number once your item 9s) are packed and a shipping label is created.

We ship a majority of our orders via U.S. Postal Service, Signature Required.

PLEASE NOTE, ALL OF OUR SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
